"Big Joke" meets the "Three Stooges" - and there is only one outcome: "You're Busted!"

Top crime buster Surachet Hakpal and his force have arrested an alleged top call center criminal at a Huay Khwang hotel with two of his mates.

 

Together as they were looked after by heavily armed commandos they resembled The Three Stooges.

 

In the center is Chern Pian Lee who has been wanted in Taiwan for a long time. He is considered to be the ringleader.

 

However, he denied everything saying he was just in Thailand to visit the temples. 

 

His sidekicks are Wang Chun Chi and Su Wern Chang. All three Taiwanese were visited by the Pol Major General at their hotel where they were staying in separate rooms.

 

Also arrested in another raid at the market of Talat Phlu was Wang Run Cheng otherwise known as "Tiger". 

 

Surachet - the deputy commissioner of the tourist police known as Big Joke in the Thai media for his crime busting exploits - said that Chern Pian Lee was the head of a gang responsible for ripping off a nurse at the Police Hospital who parted with 1.5 million baht in a call center scam.
