Apple Support - iCloud Password Reset

Hi,

They did not take the password I insisted was correct so I started an account recovery. After getting through the SMS part, they said to wait 24 hours to receive the email. It's been 2 days and I haven't seen anything.

Tried to contact support in Thailand but the site (Thai support) is blocked (!). I tried to use a US proxy to get through but it gets blocked later down the road again.

How do you get help to reset? There is no Apple store you can go to here.
