Hotel crackdown continues

I have never seen such a waste of police resources, get immigration officers to do it. Also one can't help but feel it has truly become a police/military state with all these uniforms doing house to house checks.

Secondly the amount of dross infesting Thailand due to lax or corrupt law enforcement impacts many of us who live here  lawfully. If people don't like the crackdown then they must be dubious characters themselves and should simply move on to elsewhere.. But that is only IMHO and I am sure there will be many shady characters who are determined to duck and dive from societies conventionally acceptable rules at the expense of others.

Seems to me it was a few days wonder that soon got forgot about, ...until the next time the BiB are strapped for cash.

Why not make a crackdown on the taxi cheats refusing the meter, the bag snatchers, the farangs who fight on the streets, the agressive lady boys or the drug peddlars and perhaps those pumping sewage into the sea ? ?  ?
