My UPS box refused to cooperate this morning, it still has over a year on the guarantee so took it back to PowerBuy.

Got told that all service/repairs were done in Bangkok now and took up to a month.

 

Took it to a local business who said their opening it would void the guarantee....

Consider it already voided.
