I'm confused - Using a Visa Agent
I assume you are asking if you can use a Pattaya agent whilst living in Chiang Mai. The Pattaya agents will work with you wherever you live in Thailand. So, yes. However be aware that your extension will be processed at Chonburi Immigration and you may have difficulty accessing some Immigration services like 'certificates of residence' if you go down that route. -
