Thanks for the post but it seems focused on bicycle riders instead of motorbikes. Was surprised to find quite a bit of routes in Thailand though. Wonder how good these routes are for a blast on a motorized ride.

How can it tell if you are in a car, on a bike, or riding a bicycle ?

I could imagine if it's an advanced app for bicyle riders, then maybe it would avoid steep inclines or connections over highways etc. Maybe it doesn't, no idea.

 

You raise an important point in that a lot of navigation apps can't tell what your mode of transportation is. But Google Maps at least recently added (in India, hopefully worldwide soonish) the option of specifying you are on a motorbike and then it can make much better suggestions.
