Home CCTV issue

Hi all

Have 4 cameras with 3 hard wired & 1 wifi 

On the phone it shows 2 tabs you can use - 1 for all & one for just the wifi ( No. 4 camera )

So this is the problem

When I go into the tab for all cameras it shows No. 4 as another camera ( actually my No. 2 camera ), the same as on the TV its' hooked into 

I can only get No. 4 camera if I use its' stand alone tab on my phone

Any thoughts on this problem - I can't do much as when I use the mouse to click on the Tv for the Menu it is in Thai & may also need installers codes

Maybe just very basic in the main unit

Thanks for any help & will no doubt have to call installer (just thought I would do some home work )
