I need to buy a cheap laptop.Preferably refurbished.

I see them on eBay but the shipping is about 1700bht.

 

Is there anyone in Thailand selling second hand laptops online.

Take a look at JM505 Computers on Facebook, they usually have a good selection in stock, I got a used HP laptop off them and it has been fine.
