Measured against BBB BKK  = net under BBB control. What I don´t understand, not expecting comparable results from thereon, is why it seem to take forever for any website to start even loading as if the door is blocked.

Very visible on mobile. Similar results come down from the router. Nevertheless the thin load stripe at the top of the screen seems to remain stuck after the first 5 % until fully loaded. PC + different brand mobile can´t possibly have the same error source. Any puzzle solvers here?

Sometimes 3bb doesn't connect to website in first try, I try again and it connects.

 

I assume they are having problems with their MITM transparent server (3BB logs all data in compliance with Thai law?)
