Shop for repair of Samsung multifunction laser printer?

Featured Replies

I am looking for a shop in Chiang Mai that can repair my Samsung multifunction laser printer, and hoping someone here can recommend one. Bonus points for somewhere with good parking, as I don't fancy carrying the printer too far. I could take it to the Samsung service center, but parking is hopeless where they are located, so that's my last resort.

Actually, all that is probably needed is for someone to open it up and give it a good cleaning, as it works fine except for it leaving an approximately 1 cm wide lighter vertical section. I am thinking that something is partially blocking the toner powder from coming out onto the paper (maybe a small piece of paper from a previous paper jam, but nothing I can see).

A place in Lamphun would be even better, as we live in Mae Tha, Lamphun. But I expect that the chances of someone knowing a place in Chiang Mai is probably better.

Thanks in advance.

Cleaning jobs are usually easy.

I can't recommend.

But this one in Lamphun looks like a promising first stop:

Thank you, we will contact them and see what they say. I know the location, but have never noticed the shop.

There is a Samsung repair center in the bottom floor of Promenada, you could try that.
