Just checking if any of you guys based in CR have sold your vehicle that is registered in CR to someone from another location, and done the name change at the CR vehicle office.

 

My plan is to purchase a vehicle in CR and base the vehicle in CR, but my yellow book has my main residence address that is in Ubon.

 

I have been informed that to get the vehicle in my name I will need to bring it to Ubon to do the name change there and also change the plates, and then bring it back to CR. I am happy to leave the CR plates but its looking like without a CR residence cert it will be an issue.
