CityNews – A neighbour of dead women’s dog demands the driver of an official car to take responsibility for hitting a dog.

 

Nuttawut Kaewthong, 24, published a video clip which has over 1.1k views showing a dog being hit by a Department of Rural Roads official car.

But of course you must take responsibility for driving over a dog and killing it on the road. Sure, it should be there! It´s the dogs road. It lives there!

Many accidents are caused by people trying to avoid a dog on the street by veering or braking.  Responsible pet owners would keep their pets off the street.  Perhaps the concerned neighbour should have been tending the dog since its owner was deceased.
