I have been using Pulse TV for about a year. Last night around 9pm I went to watch the EPL matches. Had been using the program about 30 minutes before with no problem.

I could get picture but no sound, on checking there was no sound from any TV channel. Removed then re-downloaded app/program. Still the same

Have sent messages to Pulse TV mobile phone but no answer and sent email. No response. Now 18 hours on and still no sound. Sound is ok from You Tube

so I don't think it is my desktop computer.

 

Anyone else have this problem??
