Broken leather on Razer headphones

Featured Replies

As the title says, Razer headphones have problem with the leather. It started to peal off 8 month after purchase.

Can I clam this or should I wait little longer?

Thanks in advance.

That's not leather, it's "protein leather", which we can translate to "plastic".
Your photo shows a common problem in Thailand with plastics/rubbers suffering from humidity and heat.

If these headphones are under warranty, you should make the claim as quickly as possible.

Next time buy headphones that are hard plastic with a bit of cushioning underneath for your scull and fabric cushions for your ears

The artic series are a good example

This Razer kraken that I have are incredibly comfortable and sound is great to. I can claim now, get new ones and sell it or use it for another year and just replace the ear cups.

I still have 4 months left under warranty so I will wait 1 more month.
