BKK train fares capped to B20 ... for Thai
Not necessarily. You don’t have to be Brad Pitt. Some slobs I have witnessed either never had it or gave it up when relocating to Thailand. I’m talking basic pride in oneself. Clean, somewhat pressed modern clothing. Good hygiene, shaving, dental cleaning, combed hair etc I swear I’ve never seen so many cases of bed head as I have in Thailand. Yes, mostly older guys. They just don’t care. And it shows. No wonder they get knocked back. Don’t believe me . Open your eyes. Of course the slobs could care less. They’ll give the thumbs down. -

I only drink when I am in walking distance of where I sleep. I have found this rule serves me well. -

FBU Manila setup a phone appointment and they didn't call.
I tried to add my kids to my pension and it took many months.. Their system is set up to make it quite difficult to do anything. The worst thing is their limited working hours and days and the fact that the hotline for SSI can not help you if Manilla is handling your case. Also be warned, anything said in the phone interview may not be remembered. They told me what was required in documents and that they would send me a list and the forms needed. But each time I sent those in they replied with more forms or requests for other records. So just to get my application approved in their office took many months. Then once they received the approval from the US it took their office several months to process it and send the information to the SSI accounting so the money would begin to be sent. The old system of using the embassy was 100 times faster and more reliable to get your needs accomplished with them.
