October 25, 20187 yr I do not know about Koh Phangan but there are plenty around Bophut & Chaweng, and loads on Koh Tao where most of the diving takes place.
October 25, 20187 yr Driving or diving?!?!? OP said driving, but could have been a typo. Always thought a driving school could make so much money on the island. The hospitals would lose out though, of course.

October 25, 20187 yr Author I´m asking because it seems that lately (Samui Times Oct. 18) there was a change of rules to get a Thai drivers licence. Now you have to take 5 hours in a driving school. That´s what the article said
