iPhone X screen Freezes

Featured Replies

My iPhone X has frozen as in the photo. I was attempting to delete one of the QR Photos and the phone froze.

I have tried to restart the phone by pressing and releasing Volume Up, Down and Start button (long hold) but all I get is Siri.

Any ideas ?

Apple® iPhone® X - Restart / Soft Reset
  1. Press and hold the Side button (on the top right edge) and either Volume Button. ...
  2. When "slide to power off" appears, release buttons.
  3. Slide the Power switch right. ...
  4. With the device powered off, press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears then release.

I think this is the only way without a computer.Keep trying it.

Or, plug into your computer and try a reset - restore from backup.
