Been watching the build up to showtime sat 1st  for me Wilder is too wilder and rely's on 1 or two shots ... fury has him fired up to make mistakes mentally and is by far a better boxer technically and will floor by 7, and you ?

Knowing Tyson, as I do, I can't believe that he's going straight into this fight, after such a long layoff, without a fight with a journeyman or 2 first. Will be seriously ring rusty.

Suspect that he's just turning up for the big pay check. As much as I love him, I wouldn't risk 50p on him.

Here, I thought we were going to talk about chicken parts.

Not ear biters...

I get your drift  i think ? Tyson fury is SUPREMELY confident.. gypsy bare knuckle fighters start very young .. its there bible of survival.

Wilder is not a great technical boxer but he does have a tremendous knock out record, and Fury will definitely be knocked out of he cannot avoid Wilder's best punch. Wilder has been keeping busy so will be sharper, he's also fighting in his own back yard. However, against the Cuban guy Ortiz he looked vulnerable, and if Fury can catch him off guard he's in with a chance. Fury looks much fitter than he has in the last two warm up fights and he has good boxing skills and a big heart. My head says Wilder, but I'd love to see Fury win.

I think Wilder gets underrated for his boxing skills. Possibly because he has fought lots of low class opponents. He did well at the Olympics as an amateur after only a few years in the sport to get a bronze.

Fury has shed something like 10 stones and is probably in the best shape of his life. He may be ring rusty but most of the elite boxers only seem to fight once or twice a year now. He is vulnerable to over hand rights, which Wilder throws extremely well so will have to watch it. Fury's capable of landing some good shots of his own too which Wilder will be aware of.

Should be a very interesting fight.

Hopefully via youtube full fight day or so after.

I'll be watching it in a bar. Any idea of fight time, here in Thailand?

Bronze ain't a great achievement for an American heavyweight, how many heavyweight world champions have previously won Gold at the Olympics. The likely reason that he has fought lots of journeyman opponents is that his management team don't rate his boxing skills.

Were Fury at his peak of form, Wilder's management team wouldn't have let Fury anywhere near him.

Has Wilder's team underestimated Furey/ overestimated their own guy? We shall see!

As you say, could be a very interesting fight.

                                               Go Tyson!

And how many Olympic medals have you won then?

Check on who beat him and who that person beat in the fight before and you might get a better clue.

Fury isn't at his peak. I hope he's overcome his illness and he's made a massive effort on his conditioning. Hatton will be in his corner and has been helping him which is good.

I want Fury to win, but I also think Wilder is a mentally tough underrated fighter with something to prove.

According to Paddypower fights slated for Sun 05.00 GMT so 12 Noon Sunday Thai time.

Youtube; I watched a great special on Fury last night also same on Wilder (both nearly 1 hr long)

Had a few quid straight win on Tyson, I think he will mess up Wilder (underestimated as per Klitschco fight)

Tyson backs up his words in the ring with action, Daft as a brush - but dangerous an hard as nails!

I haven't won any yet, but Floyd Patterson, Mohammed Ali, Lennox Lewis, Jo Frazier, George Foreman, Wladimir Klitchko, and many more have.

Watched some clips of Wilder, his opponents are all chumps. Fury can win if he avoids the big right hand.

Remember Tyson Furey's fight with Steve Cunningham? He got caught with a fearsome right hand over the top from Cunningham. Furey went down like a ton of bricks. Most fighters wouldn't have got up from that but he got up and won the fight.

He is vulnerable to the right over the top as he sometimes has the lazy habit of dropping his guard too low. Hopefully he has learned from that but he can take them as well as give them anyway.

Does anyone know what TV channel this will be on in Thailand? I will hopefully be watching in a bar and it would be handy to know what channel its on, as they may not.

Havent seen it , so it went to the score cards ?   Rematch !!

1st judge had Wilder

2nd judge had Tyson

3rd judge had a draw.

The concensus during the fight had Tyson winning 9 rounds againgst 3, but Wilder knocked down Tyson twice, how Tyson got up in the last round is anybodys guess. Great fight though.

Looks like the judges got a bigger back hander than a Thai general Fury 9 rounds to 3 and a draw what a laughable decision ????

Furey dominated the whole fight apart from the 2 rounds where he was surprisingly knocked down. Clear winner on points. However, fight was in US with a US champion vs a British challenger. No way the judges were going to give the fight to FUrey.

Bring on the remach and watch a fitter, more ring ready Tyson, take Wilder apart.

I think Joshua needs to stay away from Fury, not Wilder.
