Just drove on the bypass road from Sukhumvit and at the first set of lights the organic melon shop and the steel shop and old restaurant are being demolished. Wonder what will be built. My bet is 7-11 or coffee shop as BC really needs more.

The exhaust shop and steel shop have moved directly opposite. New building opposite Micasa looks like a 7/11 type shop. New 7/11 looks almost finished. A post office has opened opposite Garden school entrance. Only saw the sign perhaps not an official Thai Post Office.

The melon shop has moved about 200m up the road at the same side, just past Ninas kitchen.

Just talked to the lady from the Melon shop, she is now beside Ninas Kitchen, according to her they were told to vacate the land to make way for...............another 7/11!! lets see!!

 

I was in the big shop opposite Micasa on Saturday, same idea as the PP shops but a privately owned version.
