I am urgently looking for someone to take over my apartment lease (6 months remaining) in Pattaya. It is a very nice 1 bed 1 bath apartment in the Zire Wongamat building. The reason is I have to return to my home country. I have discussed this with both the estate agent and the owner of the apartment. It is not a problem. Rent is THB 20000 per month. I am happy to pay the coming 1 or 2 months. This is equivalent to give you a 25% discount, and it means rent is only THB 15000 per month.
