garro Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 Hi, I was just wondering if it is possible to get a drivers licence in Thailand without ever having one before. I have lived in Thailand for about five years and before that lived in cities where I didn't really need to drive. Is it possible?

Totster Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 You can apply for a license in Thailand without supplying a license from elsewhere. You will need to do the written and practical test. See here for information about what you will need to do. totster
garro Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 Cheers guys That's great! I didn't think it would be possible
madjbs Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I just completed my motorcycle test however I failed that depth perception test around 7 times. I just couldnt line the things up, however the women there seemed like she didnt really care and she passed me anyway! Other than that all was easy. Jake
