So, brush for an extended time with salt, or add extra salt to a salt based toothpaste.

EVERYthing who is going to clean the nether regions??????????????

Proper cleaning involves scaling (hard plaque removal) between the teeth and into the gum line and no combination of toothpaste or salt on toothbrushes can do this. It has to be scraped off or pressured off.

...and nether regions, same, toothpaste and added salt, with soft bristles...

But if there's hard plaque build up you'll need a long session appointment with your handyman using hammer and chisel and steam pressure gun and maid for clean up.
