Contacting Condo/Apartment Owner

Featured Replies

Afternoon all

does anybody know of a way i can get in touch with my condo/apartment owner or find out his contact information?

i would like to cut a deal with him for rent instead of this realestate agency.

any ideas? i have tried a facebook search no luck.

thanks

One possibility, there are probably more ways:

Tell the agency you need a copy of the owner's id card to get your visa extension (if you don't have such a copy already), then send a letter to the address on his id card (if it's not the place where you stay ;)), with a way to contact you. There is a good chance that either he or somebody of his family is still living at this address.

The juristic office of the building should have contact details of all owners, though they may not be up to date and they may not want to give them to you.

So you need to save money so scam the agent  out of his fee.... Btw commission is normally  included in monthly rent and if the owner has a good relationship with the agent you will do nothing  but make yourself look stupid.
