Now I am in receipt of my U.K. State Pension I will be applying for a Non O Multi Entry Visa from London, the Application Form asks ‘Duration of Stay’. Do I put 365 Days or 90 Days, I appreciate I cannot stay in Thailand for more than 90 Days on one visit ?

Will the expiry date start from my first Entry stamp at the airport ?

Put 90 days.

Visa expires 12 months after issue. Permission of stay will be 90 days from entry, which is day 1.

Ninety days since that is the longest stay you can get from the visa.
