PHUKET: A Polish hotel owner who threatened his staff with a gun at his hotel in Patong on Tuesday (Mar 19) has appeared in court.

The Pole allegedly threatened his hotel manager with a gun during an argument about documents. (See story here.)

Patong Police Chief Col Anotai Jindamanee told The Phuket News today, “On Wednesday (Mar 20) we interrogated the suspect but he refused to talk about the case and requested a court hearing.”

I can guess already why he prefer to appear in court ….???? ...

This gun showing however complete criminal fact , not my support for that .

His argument should be that he thought Song Khran started early this year.....

No harm no foul.....

...time and again...cannot expect this to end well for the foreigner...

...doesn't mater what is right or wrong....

...grossly outnumbered.....

...zero loyalty......

...good luck......but sounds like .....'his number is up'.......

Not too bright a move for someone who is supposed to own a hotel in Phuket but only holding a tourist visa. I think this guy has opened up a very ugly can of worms for himself. I wonder if the "document" that got him to the point of doing something that stupid has do with his dodgy ownership of the property.
