These dumps seep unto the ground and water beneath, eventually pollution flows into the sea...

Of course wind will inevitable carry some stuff into the sea and dust and particles into the air.

..its like having a giant boil in the middle of Pattaya bay.

Yes but isn’t it possible to load this onto barges in the daytime and dump it offshore in the dark of night?

Such an easy solution.

Yes thats how it gets to Pattaya beach

..its like having a giant boil in the middle of Pattaya bay.

Solution to what?

They should close this island until they can remove all the trash. That would put them under pressure to do this ASAP.  This is not a new problem.

It will never go away as long as the budgets get skimmed by higher ups.
