How to delete a forgotten iCloud password without loosing data ?

I bought for my wife a iPhone XR max for her birthday , her sister setup the phone , but forget the password what she was used for iCloud , now the problem some app allready installed but I can’t install any more app anymore , and also I try to delete all data to begin whole setup new what I also cannot Cos iCloud password is asking what wiffes sister forgot is there anyway to delete or replace this iCloud password ? How is the process ?
