The umps aren't going to get it right all the time and a fifty is too expensive. The thing i notice is teams closer to the bottom of the ladder get a rougher deal,especially with time to get rid of the ball. Bringing in a 15 metre rules means another grey area for the umps. Ping players for abuse, but this dissent rule is ridiculous. The umps are in the best position to know what abuse is or not. The young player at the Western Bulldogs Buku Khamis got a massive push in the back that wasn't paid. He just held his arms out to say "really" and got pinged. Tom Lynch has been massive for Richmond. Apart from his huge salary, cost Richmond nothing in draft picks. A two time premiership player. Kicked 71 goals in 2019 when Riewwoldt was injured. Also best on ground in the 2019 prelim, booting 5 goals, which they probably lose without him. Rieiwoldt in his last year now. Lynch still only 29. I agree about Gaff. Would've been better off trading him to Norf for a couple of first rounders. But it's easy in hindsight. He was dreadful at the MCG....and injured 1/3 of the season....money for nothing...hey mr would you like to give some of it back? should be a law about underperforming.....make them pay it back.....id like to take his pay case to some board to get a refund.... Gees the Might Demons get another chance to boost there % this week...$1.01 to Norths $21 on winning....Fj can take some heart here, it took us most of the game before we ran over the top of the Eagles....Good value Demons...keep the others in the game as long as possible.....sells more tickets.....more watching......something like that.....not use to watching football in hot and humid weather men.... Like maybe the Tigers...but wait...they have Lynch in the team....string bean who's only tall and thats about it....on the ground is like a mud crab... Cant be better for back to back.....after watching football for eons i know what im seeing.... Cats are gone...may of course throw in a few good games along the way, Cameron....gess the folly of recruiting so called superstars......another with skinny white legs that plays like Lynch... They should of got their marching orders when we took Will Phillips instead of Logan McDonald two seasons a go.. Hope the Saints go easy on us this week. You were a bit stiff in the tipping Alex but the Tigs did give up a 5 goal lead,i think these days if your in touch with Richmond at half time your a chance with some of their older legs.. I don't know why they were asking for a fifty at the end. Test for the Dees this week,will certainly be some pace on in this one.
