we have a property project  in cha am with 50 x 50 mtr garden behind 6 ft wall with electric gates etc. at this moment remainder of project is on hold/ pending new funds or sale

however there are 2 dogs on the property which we do not wish to dispose of or euthanise. therefore am offering  a one year free rental (you pay your own bills) on condition you look after the dogs  and vacate  when given 3months notice.
