April 21, 20196 yr I have a Mitsubishi tankless water pump that I need to reinstall. It seems to have two outlets, one that is currently in use and one that is blanked off. Are these interchangeable? Right now, the outlet flows perpendicular to the inlet flow, and I would like to reconfigure it such that it the outlet flow is parallel to the inlet flow. Any problem with this?

No problem, just change the outlet that is blanked off. You can use either one.
