They'll get around to it, along with the American, Aussie, Kiwi, French, German, and other assorted Western rif-raf.

They've all gone. Only the Indian and Arab riff raff left.

everything Britain used to make they now make in their countries, indian companies also own several remaining large british companies, any trade deal will only favour them even more, our best bet is fighting to hold onto what we have left ie Nissan, toyota, bwm,JRL,airbus but brexit will finish these big 5 off along with countless others, please keep up to date with the UK news a bit more.

And without those Englishmen's ancestors Belgium would not exist.

Don't like drunken hooligans of whatever nationality, or people who piss in the street which seems the main Belgian pastime. But dislike xenophobic racist bigots even more.

Wallonia and the Flems will boil over at some point.

now we have a belgian civil war predicted by brexiteers,Project fear from another planet imo

So what's your solution?

Parliament won't accept a "no deal exit". Nor are they brave enough to Revoke Article 50.

So it's likely to be May's very poor rubbishy deal, possible made worse by commie Corbyn's input in return for selling the electorate out.

Another people's vote?

How would you break the impasse?
No Deal is the way forward..but not with terreesa the appeeesa as pm..get rid of her and with a Brexiteer as pm..then its rock n roll time[emoji2][emoji2][emoji2]

Whatever deal is made has to be approved by Parliament who have already resoundingly rejected a no deal Brexit. Who is really in favour of a no deal Brexit? You and your mates? Sorry, I forgot....well just you then.

'Time' will break the impasse. When there is nothing agreed with Comrade Corbyn, she has nothing new to take back to the EU. The Merkle/May Surrender Document has already been rejected three times, and will be again if she tries it. There's nothing to emerge from the House of Commons. Even though they have tried to block 'No Deal', it will be the default position after nothing else is agreed and time is up.

As we are forced by the EU into elections, we will soon have a massive number of Brexit MEPs sticking it into the EU. They don't like it up 'em and will eventually be prepared to let the time extensions expire, allowing us to Leave No Deal.

Why is a 'deal' needed anyway? It was supposed to be for the transition period, while the real arrangements for post-Brexit trading agreements were made. What eventually was published was not a deal for the transition period but a long term Treaty. It's time for them to make the post-Brexit trading agreements now, forgetting the Merkel/May attempts to hoodwink the UK.

Shew also promised that we'd be long gone by now. Her threat is and always has ben, a bargaining tool. Before with the EU, now with her own party. A complete bluff.

Obvious to anyone who lives in cloud cuckoo land. Where's the evidence?

You were happy to claim the results showed that UK voters now want to remain. I don't think you provided evidence - did you?

Well they certainly don't say that the electorate want the government to 'get on with Brexit' as is also being claimed.

Nigel Farage has challenged Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn to a debate ahead of the May 23 European Parliament elections.

The Brexit Party frontman said voters were 'confused' about Labour's position on leaving the EU.

Opinion polls have shown the two parties battling for first place in the hastily arranged ballot.

If Farage wishes to debate with Corbyn he should win an Parliamentary election first.

7:0 at last count.

Agree. It's probably too early for evidence, the closest you will get is informed opinion which favours disenchantment with the process not a change of mind.

"It was as though voters vented their frustration with the Brexit process by punishing whichever party represented the political establishment locally.

This mood perhaps also helps account for the remarkable success of independent candidates. Those not standing on a party label were on average winning as much as a quarter of the vote where they stood. More than 900 independent councillors have been elected - a net gain of more than 500."

The results of the local elections have been posted in this thread. Big losses for parties supporting Brexit, big gains for those supporting remain. Also results of the latest poll published in this thread. What was it? 64% of voters would vote remain if there was another referendum?

In the council elections how people voted does not explain the reason why people voted the way they did. You are simply repeating the same behaviour we saw following the referendum -  believing your own myths about why people voted to leave and constantly repeating them as if to reassure yourself you must be right.  You are still in denial.

It doesn't explain it to a blinkered Brexiteer. It explains it fully to anyone with their eyes wide open.

And the latest poll results? I suppose that they're fake news too.

And you talk about remainers being in denial!
