BANGKOK, 17 May 2019 (NNT) - The Election Commission’s provincial branch of Chiang Mai has prepared a by-election of Constituency 8, which is scheduled for May 26.

The EC provincial branch held a meeting with kamnan and phuyaibaan of Chiang Mai’s Constituency 8 which consists of four districts, namely Sanpatong, Mae Wang, Doi Lor and Chom Thong to publicize the by-election on village-based communication gear. No notification letter will be sent to any constituents’ houses because the candidates will be the same who have run in the general election. The name and party of the candidate whom the EC has disqualified will be marked unavailable on the ballot.

No early voting will be provided ahead of the May 26 by-election, thus eligible voters will have to go to the polls at specified polling units. Those who cannot go to the polls may notify a district registration office or local registration office to prevent a loss of the suffrage rights.

Rinse and repeat until the correct candidate is chosen, or there's only one left

Can the EC just "cut to the chase" and tell us who already won?
