"connecting" = installation?

Without knowing any details about your location/existing infrastructure it's close to impossible to give an answer/estimate.

It might range from free to "can not".

Do neighbors have internet connection?

Does True advertise in your area?

 

In our remote village I paid a 5-digit amount to get "my" individual fiber connection from ToT.

Since about a year 3BB and True have setup infrastructure and are in strong competition. Usually installation free with one year contract.

 

Be careful with 3BB. For about a week now it is very slow from time to time. Today it does not connect to any website using http, but only using https.

 

Using http, there is no error, it just loads and loads forever.

My friends using TOT or True do not have these problems.
