Two days ago, there was a team at each exit point, stopping and fining all the motorbikes that went through........

    Those concrete dividers take up quite a lot of space and don't work on curves!   Perhaps a metallic divider would work better.   Regardless, they'll wait for the first major accide

Great but that is not a normal occurrence, if they do it everyday that is only what the police should be doing, doubt you will see that again anytime soon!
