beIN SPORTS to broadcast FIFA Women's World Cup in Thailand

BANGKOK, June 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- beIN Asia Pacific - part of beIN MEDIA GROUP, the global sports and entertainment group - ("beIN"), today announced a new media rights agreement that will see its flagship brand - beIN SPORTS broadcast the upcoming FIFA Women's World Cup France 2019™ in Thailand.

 

This new deal means that beIN will distribute this year's FIFA Women's World Cup to more countries* than any other global broadcaster.  In addition to Thailand, the rights coverage in Asiaincludes Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Singapore, the Philippinesand Timor-Leste.

PPTV will broadcast all Thailand matches on terrestial TV plus other selected games, namely the opening game, the semi-finals and final. This reported in today's BP.
