Can I Register Bkk Household Registry By Mail?

Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone.

I have tried to register my household (I am the owner, both wife and myself are foreigners) by e-mail, but after one month I still haven't received any confirmation back so, I was thinking to try a different way. If I fill out the forms and all related info immigration requests is it possible to do my home registration by registered mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope enclosed? What I am basically asking is; Will Bkk immigration accept this and send back the correct information so I can do all our TM30 by mail in the future? Any help and advice is much appreciated.

If you have the yellow book, maybe a chance, but my office wanted a copy of the deed, and I actually have to go back to CM and to change my yellow book, as I didn't know where I was moving to when I sold.  Phone, fax, email.. doesn't work to well at government offices.

You stated, "Household Registry". Do you mean:

a. Registering in a Yellow tabien baan (house book).

b. Completing a 90 day report.

c. Completing a TM30.

I think he is talkin' tm30, but I was pointing out that yellow is good leverage, if you can get it.  There are systems for electronic tm30, but that is mostly for hotels and apartments.  Thankfully, I go to Nonthaburi, so my knowledge of CW is limited, however I have read many of the posts in the beaten to death topic.

To Blackcab;

Thanks for your e-mail. I live in an apartment and I am trying to register it with Bangkok CW immigration so, I can do out TM30 notifications (I am the owner) when we return to Bangkok after we have been away. I have read that before you can do your yearly extension of stay based on retirement you have to have your home/condo/apartment registered with CW immigration before they will allow you to file your TM30s. I am now trying to register with CM immigration as I first tried to registered online but haven't heard from them in nearly a month.
