Can buy BB guns in Big 'C' side stalls, Bangkok have rifles at many places, CM road markets and some gun shops, BB is not illegal, you can upgrade them which makes them illegal, Airguns you need a gun licence for a Spring Gun gun air-rifle which is not very powerful at all but they are used for target practice use.
