Two amateur golfers in the BMW Golf Cup International Qualifying 2019 hit a hole-in-one to claim 2-million-baht in prizes

Bangkok. BMW Financial Services Thailand presented special prizes valued at more than 2 million baht combined to amateur golfers Khun Piyapat Maneesathian and Khun Detanan Tipmaneenam, both of whom scored a hole-in-one at the BMW Golf Cup International Qualifying 2019 at Nikanti Golf Club, Nakhon Pathom province in May. This was the second consecutive year where two amateur golfers sunk the ball in a single shot during the BMW Golf Cup in Thailand.

 

The two winners this year were Khun Piyapat Maneesathian, who hit the winning shot at the 180-yard 5th hole, and Khun Detanan Tipmaneenam, who aced the 172-yard 5th hole, both customers of Barcelona Motor. The two were congratulated by Khun Viroj Leenutaphong, Chief Executive Officer, Barcelona Motor, Mr. Björn Antonsson, Chief Executive Officer and Khun Ong-ard Arunsaengroj (right), Director Sales and Marketing, BMW Financial Services Thailand, recently at Barcelona Motor Bang Khae.

 

The BMW Golf Cup International Qualifying 2019 was held to select 126 amateur golfers from 2,736 participants nationwide for the National Final which will be held in November and conclude with the selection of three winning players to represent Thailand in the World Final round.

I had similar thoughts but the rules you quote are from where? 

Of course Thailand is probably different..........:biggrin:
