Rolex watches, money laundering, drugs are commonly smuggled by most air crew stewards and stewardesses in various airlines all over the world, every fool is aware of that !!!.....they should be checked more seriously by customs and perhaps it will chill their snooty attitudes pulling their trolley bags in airports.......and stop harassing the common passenger who pays for those snooty flight dummies...

Snooty because presumably they don't give you the time of day lol.

I once "smuggled" a big Hmong hilltribe knife from Loei to BKK.  Cops/soldiers found it in my carry-on bag on the night bus at a check point (martial law at the time in 1979 or so). I had to surrender

Is that something that happened to you before ?

Road where my relatives live, 2 houses owned by different BA cabin crew. The houses are worth near to £1 million. They have Audi’s and other expensive cars. Obviously the pay is good.

Dismissal, is the hard punishment? I thought it was against the law to engage in smuggling.

The law ? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

it is only a problem when they get caught and even then, no jail time... so good to earn extra's

Yaaaaaawwwwwwhhhhhhnnnn - has been going on for decades; witnessed it in Hong Kong, Singapore and Europe. Either Thai's cabin crew is seriously underpaid so they have to resort to smuggling or the customs at the crew control in Bangkok turns the head in the other direction.

Get the luggage screened like with the paying folks - you would be surprised ...........
