    Lot of fire damage to that boat.    Edit .... would think a boat like that would have automatic fire suppression in key areas.

    apparently, fire suppression systems were inspected but deemed disfunctional. The boat was left to Burmese crew to maintain, who never followed up on the fire inspection report.
