If you block someone on Line, what do they see if they attempt to send you a chat?

Nothing, for them everything looks normal, they can send you a message as before but you will never get it.

IMHO the person sending the msg will see the "date" status of the msg and the status will never change to "read" so the sender knows it was never seen or "read"
