I am looking for a device to make easy video calls. I want to give it to my parents for calls. My parents are not the youngest anymore and are not tech savvy in any way, so I am looking for something really simple to use, just like a normal phone but with video. They don't have any internet, just a mobile phone with a monthly 1 GB data package. If there is no device then I am looking a very simple and easy to use app for the mobile.
