Tot fibre 200/200 worth changing to Ais/True?

Ok so i have had Tot since it was dial up many moons ago

 

Now i pay 700 baht for 200/200

 

Is it worth changing to Ais or True

 

Just curious as speeds have dropped lately

 

Dont want any Ais tv package rubbish .

True would be good if it shows Premiership live everything else i go to the Pirateship .

Use a Ais sim but dont really need data for it as only use internet at home Pc or wifi.
