i will ask straightforward:

 

i do diet in Thailand,  i lost 24kg already , i want to get a doctor 

letter for home country private insurance,  that testosterone etc therapy is recommended/ necessary for obese .

 

all treatment  is not expensive,  i just wanna get continuity of rights while abroad. 

 

seeking a Bangkok dr.  english letter and ofcourse a long observation.

I would recommend to at least get blood tests first or see a Doctor for info.

But, you can buy many T supplements (gel, shots, pills) over the counter, no prescription.

BKK has places, much more prevalent in Pattaya.

Look for the pharmacy with a photo of a ripped dude in the window, they usually sell T.

Can you give more information about your diet that can help many people, I am really curious about it

 

if necessary with pm to me I also have 20 kg too much

 

 

 

Do you think your T level have dropped after loosing 20 kg?

No doctor is going to issue such a letter, and it is nto the case that T therapy is necessary to treat obesity.

 

If your testosterone levels are low that is another matter.

Get your blood work done to check your T-level and also your estrogen levels, DHT, would be good as well. Losing that much weight could affect your estrogen levels as fat does produce estrogen.

From my experience most DR. have very little understanding of Horomone replacement therapy you will have to consulate someone with training in this area to obtain the letter you want. If in Bangkok check around for some of the life therapy clinics Bumrungard has such a clinic

As his levels are normal I don't think any doctor will issue the letter he wants.

 

And I don't understand why he wants it.

 

You cannot just "buy" a medical letter here. Thai doctors are quite wary of what they sign/put on paper.

i am 118kg , 40kg more than average my height 180cm

 

do you think male boobs , childish voice , young boy face, is not fitting 

recommendations for health observation? 

 

 normal levels are not indications for a man /masculine , many girls have same levels isn't it

 

anti estrogen drug should be included,  your thoughts?

My thoughts are that you need to consult a doctor specializing in this and undergo appropriate tests and get expert opinion on treatment rather than self-diagnosing and self-prescribing.

I did read the original post.

 

Which sounded like you wanted the name of a doctor who would issue you a letter on demand. As I explained, no doctor would do this.

 

 

Any doctor would wish to see your current T level and also your PSA before prescribing any HRT.
