New Corolla launched

The Toyota Corolla compact car is now available in hybrid version that has replaced the 2.0-litre model.

 

The new Corolla, launched on Tuesday, is priced from Bt829,000 for the Limo (taxi) version to Bt1.099 million for the top hybrid model.

 

There is also a 1.8-litre GR Sport model priced at Bt999,000 and a 1.6G model priced at Bt869,000. All Corolla models are equipped with automatic transmission.

 

Toyota is offering promotions of low installments (Bt8,500 per month) and 1.99 per cent interest for the new Corolla.

I think this country has the largest percent of car owners in the world who truly cannot afford them.

Many spending 1/3 to even 1/2 of their income on car payments.

 

That's about generic as they come.
