it all depends on how close you are to the flood line... 

 - too close, and it ends up money down the drain... in more ways than one.

Actually they are beachfront, no bars in the area except on the Pier IIRC.

 

And you dont own 7 rai. You live on 7 rai ????

On the mainland, this is Phliu (near Namtok Phliu National Park) between Chanthaburi city and Khlung in Trat province yesterday evening
