New rims and tires for brand new Ford Everest

Featured Replies

Hi all,

About to purchase a new Ford Everest and want to right away instal the Mustang headlights and different rims and tires. The dealer of course can recommend an after market shop to do this. When I asked the dealer about selling the brand new stock rims and tires he said the after market shop will buy them. Before I go in blind to try and sell them does anyone have experience with this and can recommend what to expect as far as price and/or recommend better place to sell them?

Thanks

First off, ask Ford, not your dealer, if warranty will be affected by a non Ford wheel change...

The shop that you are getting your new rims from has already factored in your 'discount' when he takes the OEM rims and rubber. The 'value' of your discount depends on whether your choice of after-market rims and rubber is medium range or high-end.

I haven't seen too many SUV rims and rubber for sale on local websites but the few that are listed have been there for months.

I payed 25 k for Ranger wheels for my XLP from some thai guy on facebook......althou i dont know is there much market for Everest ?

Tbh...i think the OEMs look pretty good and wouldnt change them.
