I will be visiting Phuket in December this year and would like to know if there are local cue makers in Phuket where I can custom make a cue for myself.

People with more knowledge of the subject may prove me wrong, but Phuket is a tourist Island with a limited manufacturing base. Most items not in common use are made in and distributed from the factory city of Bangkok.

Google indicates there is a cue manufacturer in Bangkok -

You may be able to purchase from there on-line and have it overnighted to Phuket.
