I imagine much of that expense was "handling costs" and all those "years" were just a means to steady kickback income.

Oh, and let us not forget the "engineer" who perhaps copied plans from some magazine.

And testing the drains work re commissioning; only happens at first rain fall. LMFAO!

The tunnel doesn't flood but Sukhumvit road South Pattaya junction does,causing much chaos.

so better build a tunnel there stop the flooding ??!!!

I took a look last night, all the water has gone so they have fixed it!
