Stickman is very enthusiastic about the upcoming Patpong museum opening on the 25th of this month. Seems odd for a commentator more or less opposed to prostitution to be banging the drum for a nostalgic look back at it in all it's tawdry glory. Went there from 1994 on wards and it was never that good, upstairs bar rip offs. expensive night market and horrible music even back then. Might be worth a quick look to see the night owls exhibits, just to see how much more conservative and hypocritical the place has become. The good old days when you could get a girl all night for 200 baht who would wash yer socks and put the paste on the toothbrush should probably be left in the past, where it belongs!

Wonder if they'll mention the girl that set another girl's hair on fire?

It wasn't all sweetness and happiness back in the day.

I started in the early 90s and watched as many gogos were replaced by bag shops.

The night market was horrible.

Nevertheless, it was an eye opener for a lad from a country where such goings on were unimaginable.
